Due to the high number of no show clients and late cancellations that we receive with new clients all n clients are required to register their credit/debit cards details on booking.

The details are kept encrypted and cannot be seen by us but should a client not show up for their appointment or give at least 48 hours notice of cancellation or 48 notice to move their appointment, then the client will be charged for the original appointment booked in full. If a client wants to cancel an appointment they must give at least 48hours notice of cancellation by email-info@halosalons.london otherwise we will charge and not not refund them. The reason for this is simple. You have booked the time of someone and that time cannot be resold and it is not fair to expect that person not to be paid for time when you have booked.  When you book an appointment you accept that you are paying for someones time and not the service and agree that we can charge you in full for the service(s) should the above terms not be met.

All clients agree by booking that they are paying for our time and not the service. Clients that arrive late by more than 15 minutes for their appointment or do not attend will be charged for the appointment booked. Whilst we will always try to accommodate clients who are late that is based entirely on our other bookings and we will not keep other clients waiting to accommodate people that are late. We are a small business and have had to introduce these measures because of the extremely high number of new clients failing to show up or cancelling last minute. These terms are final and by booking you confirm that you have read and accept them.
